However, on that same note all I can say is I hate intervals...from now on I go to the trail no matter what.
Aside from that I hope everyone enjoys the weekend with the Tour de France starting tomorrow and July 4th celebrations its shaping up to be a good one.
All I can say is Lance, Levi, George keep pedalin...and I hope you all find fireworks, a pool, and a grill with hotdogs and hamburgers, I know I will.
