However I didnt let the broken post hold me back. I showed my resilience still completing my set of intervals today. My routine is to warm up for around 10 minutes just spinning around easy. Then there is a nice little hill at the end of my road that takes me exactly 1 minute to climb all out so I climb it take a minute to recover and repeat this process 5 more times. I then take about 5 to 10 minutes to recover and do another set of 6 and wind down for about 5 mins. 
I realize im slacking a bit on writing this week but i have to teach Sunday school plus I have the LSAT June 7 so this is sliding back on the priority list.
